Car Accident
A very good family friend of ours had a near-death experience some 15 years ago, after being hit by a car.
She was a pedestrian, and was crossing the road when a van lost control and hit her. It actually collected her and dragged her along the row of parked cars that were beside her – it was a very serious accident in which she clinically died at the scene and was revived, and it resulted in her being in a coma for some months afterwards.
When she came out of the coma, one of the doctors asked her if she could remember anything about the accident. She remembered the van coming towards her, and after that she found herself floating above the scene in the air. She could see her body on the ground, and there were bystanders all around. There was an ambulance there with flashing lights, and the medics were putting her body into what looked to her like some kind of space-suit. She remembered thinking it was very strange that they would be putting her into a space-suit! There wasn't much more than that she could remember.
The doctor asked her more details about this 'spacesuit', and was amazed! He told her that due to the spinal damage that resulted from the accident, to move her they had to put her into an apparatus that would protect her spine from any further damage, and this was what she was describing. He said that, combined with the equipment they were using to keep her breathing, it could well have looked like a 'spacesuit' to someone who didn't know what it was. He said that this was likely a near-death experience; that at that scene she had clinically died and was revived, however because of her injuries there was no possible way she could have been 'conscious' (medically speaking) of what was happening to her. He said that he had numerous reports similar to this one from other patients who had also suffered severe physical trauma.

New lives
In March of 1998 I was to give birth to my son. I had three due dates each within a week apart. He would not arrive. Finally feeling that something was very very wrong I asked the doctors to induce my labor. That was on March 16th and mind you I was already three weeks past my original due date. I was in labor for thee days and my son would still not arrive. My fever spiked to higher than 105 plus, and they did not wait to see what it had gone up to. My son had to come or I was going to die. They were going to take him sicerian because his heart rate had dropped from 160bpm to only 60bpm I remember watching an interns instincts kick in as she examined me and I became completly unconscious.
I, too, had fallen in a coma. Where I had met my grandfather who had passed two years prior. He stayed by my side the whole time. What I do not tell anyone is that I was able to watch the doctors and nurses fight to stabilize my health. They fought intensely. The one thing I remember the most was how impressed the doctor was with the intern who had seem to take the lead as she was still learning. I had asked my grandfather what they were doing and he simply said, "fixing you." In that moment I felt so much love for my grandfather and I was happy to see him. I began to feel a pull and saw the most amazing light. I saw my ancetstors waiting. I could feel how much they loved me. "What is happening?" I looked at him and said. He smiled his soft smile and said, "You have a choice to make." The pull became stonger and a sense of, "Can I just stay right here with you?" over came me as I was still kind of enjoying the love and light that I felt. I wanted to stay with him but I did not want to completley go. The pull became stronger so I had to make my choice. I looked over to my familiy, seeing ones that I had recognized and smiled. I told my grandfather that I loved him but I had to go back. It was not my time to go.
I had a baby I had not even had the chance to meet yet. ~smiles~ I was not able to pull myself out of the coma because of the fever for a week. I had to wait until my body was ready for me to come back, during this time memories of my grandfather, my life as a very small child, and all the happiness came forward. I could feel him telling me that he enjoyed watching me grow. Many things that reminded me of the beauty and happiness life offers. It created a connection of, "I want to be with my son more than anything." even though during this time I had felt such love and warmth from divine, my grandfather, and my ansestors my decision remained. I had to get back to my little boy. One week after this event I came back to consciousnss and continued this fight for two more weeks.
I could not move. My nervous system had been paralyzed. I could not speak. Only my eyes and mind worked and the frist words out of the doctors mouth were, "You are going to now live your life as a vegetable." And anger radited in my heart like no other! I was going to prove him wrong. My mind functioned and therefore my body will one day do the same. He walked over to my grandmother and said she has no motor skills you may as well have let her go. The first words out of my grandmothers mouth were, "We thought you were gone for good." It took two more weeks of still fighting the fever but they concluded that my bladder had twisted into two seperate halves blocking the birth canal. My son could not be born. They are not sure what caused it but there was a non operative side that had carried old waste for 9 month creating an undetected bladder and then deadly kindey infection.
My son was born on Marh 19th 1998 8lbs 11oz and angry that it took so long to get here. He had a regular birth thanks to the intern. I found out later that had they taken the time to prep for the operation he may not have made it either. He went home before I could meet him. My son is 11 and I have suffered no ramifications from this as the doctors thought I would be brain dead and a vegatable. It is one of the many resons why I have chose to heal today. So for those of you that question, this stuff really happens to normal everyday people. I am thankful to have found a place where people can relate to things I have seen my whole life. These expierences lead me here.

I am involved in competitive fighting and fighters who are knocked out will experience things like this incredibly often.
A friend of mine was kicked in the head while sparring with an instructor, and he witnessed his body falling to the ground although his consciousness remained standing up watching for several seconds.
after he returned to his body and got up again he told his instructor what happened and was then taught about astral projection and how he was to go about projecting his consciousness from his body. To this day he projects on a regular basis.
I recommend you either teaching this family friend of yours about astral projection and how she may be able to do this.
