Hi again guys. I am now taking the astral course. It's pretty cool. I'm looking forward to getting past the "stump" that blocks me from getting to that last step. Anyway I was going to tell you about a dream that I've had for years. And now that I'm taking this course and we are looking into dreams I think i'm a little more aware in the astral in this dream. Ok In the dream I'm flying and bouncing. Bouncing on rooftops and tree tops just bouncing as high as I can and it's soooo fun, I'm having a blast. And it's so real I can literally feel the excitement in my whole body.I'm saying wwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeee. so is that me really playing around in the astral?

Hi rachel,

I can relate to your dreams as I've had some similar ones too. They are indeed a bit more lucid than the 'usual' ones and are quite relaxing and inspiring :)

With practice you'll learn how to turn those bouncing dreams into lucid ones and eventually into astral projections.

Good luck with the course!

Hi Rachel,

Yes, I can also relate to the excitement of the freedom you can gain with flying in the astral. Similar to what pavlin mentioned, With practice of the techniques taught in the courses, you'll learn how to increase the awareness and wake up from your dreams and experience the astral consciously.

It's a great experience to be "conscious" in the Astral and explore a whole new world. The Astral holds many opportunities: you can gain profound spiritual wisdom about the mysteries of life and death, meet spiritual beings, visit esoteric places around the world, and receive mystical teachings. You will witness the magical world of the Astral that you would have thought only existed in fairy tales.

So once you've gotten the hang of flying and bouncing...there is so much more you can do in the astral, than just 'playing around'. :-)

Enjoy the journey,

Jasmin
