Hi. Im new to the board. I've been looking all over for anyone else who has done this..
My background - I've been lucid dreaming since I was little. I astral projected for the first time last year without trying..(I think a demon pulled me out).
Anyway, has anyone ever done chi kung or anything like it while in a dream?
I was lucid one night and I remembered that I wanted to try an exercise in my dream.
With each breath I inhaled I could feel a tremendous energy moving within me. It was so powerful that when I tried storing energy in my dan tien/(sp?)/lower stomach, that the force almost made me ejaculate. I've never felt this kind of energy in my waking state. Im kinda new to chi kung so I only get a slight heat in my hands when I do it. The thing is that the exercise I do is not the best for storing energy or healing. Its Wei Dan(external elixer). When I learn Nei Dan(internal elixer), I will see how much energy I can store in my dream and will let you guys know how it feels or if it has an impact while I'm awake.

Hi MisterRugi,

Welome to the site! And thanks for sharing your experience with us!

I don’t know much chi kung or that sort of thing. But I do know there are very powerful energies in the body, so I can see why you would have had such an experience. That’s pretty cool.

There is a technique called ‘Alchemy’ that is taught in the advanced courses at Gnostic Awakenings which harnesses this kind of energy for an inner spiritual transformation (http://www.gnosticawakenings.com/gnostic-courses), and it too uses the breath within the practice.

I’ve never really investigated these energies in the astral though, but it is interesting what you have found so far!

Also you mentioned that when you unintentionally projected for the first time last year, and you think it was a demon that pulled you out – what was it about the experience that made you think this? Please tell us more!

Thanks again for sharing,

Amy

Hey I just saw your other post in the introductory thread where you talked more about your experience there, so I will reply to you there!

Thanks,

Amy
